Pain relief massage is our most popular type of massage. Everyone ages and goes through life with wear and tear. So the need for pain relief can be occasional or routine. Pain relief massage includes deep tissue, Neuromuscular, trigger point, work, and sports massage, which could include some stretching.

Swedish Relaxation Massage is our second most popular massage. Stress seems to abound in most people’s daily lives. But stress does not have to have the last say! Massage  focused on relaxation techniques such as lighter tissue work and stretching helps with blood flow, general recovery, and overall wellness and wellbeing.

Our couples massage is different from your local spa. Our price is typically not as high. We view our couples massages as two people together receiving individual massage work. So NO synchronize swimming massages here! You get to share the experience with your loved one while receiving the unique massage work you want: either Pain Relief or Swedish Relaxation.

Our post-op massage massage helps to reduce swelling, improve aesthetic results, and prevent infection. Our therapists will guide the client in finding the correct amount of sessions for your recovery. It varies from person to person ranging typically between 12 to 20 sessions over a 2 to 4 month time frame.
